HS Boys Hockey: Branford 6, Amity 1

Zack Withington had a hat trick to lead Branford to a 6-1 boys hockey victory over Amity-Woodbridge Jan. 10 at Northford Ice Pavilion in North Branford. CPTV Sports was there covering four games that day and will show the broadcast premiere Tuesday Jan. 13 at 9:30pm.

Aidan Deane had a goal and two assists and Tyler Criscuolo a goal and an assist for Branford (7-0), the top-rated team in CIAC Division II.

Branford led 2-0 after the first period and 4-1 after the second. Jeremy Cable had the only goal for Amity, which was outshot, 36-20. Tyler Johnston had 30 saves for Amity (1-5-1).
