State college football returns to CPTV Sports LIVE Saturday Oct. 18 at 1:30 p.m. when unbeaten Wesleyan hosts NESCAC rival Amherst as “Little Three” play kicks off for the season.

It’s the first of three college football games on CPTV Sports this fall. We’ll be in Hartford Nov. 1 when Amherst visits Trinity and back in Middletown Nov 8 for the renewal of the Trinity-Wesleyan rivalry. Both games are at noon.

Wesleyan (4-0) is the top-ranked team in the latest New England Division III poll. The Cardinals are looking to defend the Little Three title they won last season for the first time in 43 years. Williams is the third Little Three team; Wesleyan visits the Ephs Nov. 1.
